What's Happening at the Department of Education?

Department of Education Building in D.C. in April 2025

We've asked Amanda Glass, special education rights attorney at Disability Rights AZ (DRAZ), to create a Frequently Asked Questions document as we wait for more information. She helps families and students with disabilities retain their rights in Arizona schools.

Click on the link below to access this resource - we plan on updating it as the situation evolves and the Arizona Department of Education receives more guidance from the federal government.
