Aging Matters - Growing Older with Down syndrome Conference

Are you a family member of a loved one with Down syndrome? You are invited to the upcoming free conference "AGING MATTERS: Growing Older with Down syndrome" in Phoenix, hosted by DSNetwork.

The conference will take place Saturday, Nov. 19 at the Ability360 Conference Center, located at 5025 E. Washington Street in Phoenix. Professionals and others are welcome for a nominal fee of $35.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. along with a continental breakfast.
Lunch will be included. The event wraps up at 4 p.m.

Listen to a variety of speakers address hot topics related to older adults with Down syndrome:

  • Mental Wellness and Good Health
  • Quality of Life and Behavioral Changes and Management Strategies
  • Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s
  • Planning for the future (Special needs trust including the ABLE Act)
