Arizona Youth Leadership Forum (AZYLF) is for Students and Young Adults Who Have Disabilities and Who Are Experiencing Transition to Adulthood is excited to announce that in 2019 there will be 5 regional AZYLF conferences!

…and that’s not all!…

Following the regional conferences, there will be a 10-day Statewide AZYLF, and graduates of the regional conferences will be selected to participate in additional training that will equip them to return to their home communities to provide mentoring, training, abnd support to other young people who have disabilities!

June 5-9, 2019 at Diné College in Tsaile (for those resideing in Apache, *Coconino, and Navajo Counties)

June 12-16, 2019 at Arizona Western College in Yuma (for those residing in La Paz and Yuma Counties)

*Coconino County residents may apply for either the Tsaile or Prescott AZYLF conferences.
