East Valley Community Resource Nights: Speak Up Stand Up Save a Life

Join parents, educators, students and community members for a East Valley Resource Night to support students in mental health conversations and combating different types of bullying.
This free event will take place Thursday, February 13 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Mesa Public Schools Student Service Center, Sedona Room (3rd Floor, Room 334), 1025 N. Country Club Drive, Mesa, AZ 85201. Listen to experts in addiction treatment, teen issues, abuse reporting and school culture. Get the chance to interact with community organizations dedicated to youth mental health and well-being.
Two resource nights are planned as a follow-up to a day-long conference last month, gathering 3,500 students from around Arizona to learn ways to look for warning signs among classmates and how to report problems. The first resource night is scheduled to take place, Thursday, Feb. 6 at the Pendergast Community Center.
