Partners in Care: Arizona Symposium on Children with Special Health Care Needs

Raising Special Kids will host the Partners in Care Symposium this spring at The Camby Hotel in Phoenix.
The Partners in Care Symposium will provide physicians, families, and healthcare providers with the opportunity to increase their knowledge for improving the quality of care for Arizona’s children with special health care needs.
SESSION TOPICS INCLUDE:

- Improving Transition from Pediatric to Adult Health Care
