Join Arizona@Work for its September Autism Job Fair at Gateway Central City Campus, located at 1245 E. Buckeye Rd. in Phoenix.

The fair will take place Thursday, Sept. 14 and will focus on helping adults on the autism spectrum meet companies interested in hiring them. It's hosted by the Arizona Department of Economic Security Rehabilitation Services Administration and the Autism Society of Greater Phoenix.

Schedule
8:30 am to 9 am:  Registration

9 am to 10 am:  Employer workshop
Learn about employing adults on the autism spectrum and their strengths and challenges.

9 am to 10 am:  Workshop for adults on the autism spectrum and their parents/job coaches
Learn about the job fair, how to find a job, and how to keep a job.

10 am to 2 pm:  Open job fair
Adults with ASD (and their parent/job coach if desired) meet with prospective employers individually.
