Supported decision-making for people with disabilities and their supports

Interested in less restrictive alternatives to guardianship in Arizona? This online workshop aims to help people with disabilities, families and caregivers learn how to create a supported decision-making plan.
Join this online workshop on October 29 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and learn more about how supported decision-making can be one alternative to legal guardianship. In this presentation, you will learn about the differences between supported decision-making and legal guardianship. You will also learn how to develop your own supported decision-making agreements.
