ADDPC is looking for a Self Advocate to join our Planning Council!

The Council's job is to develop and support change, to increase interest of people with developmental disabilities in their communities by:

·      Encouraging them to speak up for themselves
·      Increasing their choice
·      Helping them increase self-respect in all aspects of life

The Council receives money from the federal government to do this job. Council members get to vote on which projects can use these funds to improve the lives of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
