The ABLE Savings Plans Network (ASPN) will host a federal advocacy briefing for organizational partners on its current legislative priorities regarding Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) accounts.

Since the passage of the ABLE Act in 2014, Congress has enhanced ABLE programs to make them more flexible and useful for eligible Americans with disabilities. As a network of state ABLE plan administrators, ASPN supports several key updates currently under consideration on Capitol Hill.

We invite advocacy allies in the disability community to join us for a virtual briefing hosted by ASPN Chair, Pennsylvania State Treasurer Stacy Garrity and leaders of the ASPN Federal, Legal & State Affairs Committee.
