Person-Centered Planning (PCP): The Steps to Your Future

Save the Date: Creating a Life Full of Possibilities
Date/Time:
Wednesday, May 8, 2024 - 10:00am to 11:00am

Join us for the kick-off of a new webinar series focused on more opportunities for youth with developmental disabilities, entitled Creating a Life Full of Possibilities

First up is "Person-Centered Planning (PCP): The Steps to Your Future" on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. It starts at 10:00 a.m. and wraps up at 11:00 a.m.

This session will be hosted by Cheryl Bates-Harris from the National Disability Rights Network.

Person-centered planning (PCP) involves individuals with disabilities planning their future the same way anybody else does. School is where we start, and careers are where we finish up, as employment is the only route out of poverty. Learn about supports available to help you maximize your economic self-sufficiency and full inclusion into society, as promised by the Americans with Disabilities and Rehabilitation Act. You won’t want to miss this.
