Arizona Open Meeting Law Disclosure Information
In line with Arizona law (A.R.S § 38-431.02), the Arizona Developmental Disabilities Planning Council, also known as the ADDPC, states that all notices of the meetings of the ADDPC and any of its committees and subcommittees are posted electronically at the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) under the Arizona Public Meetings link. In addition, physical and electronic copies of the public meeting notices, including agenda, minutes and other meeting documents will be posted at the office of the ADDPC, 3839 North Third Street, Suite 306, Phoenix, AZ. This office is open to the public Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm except legal holidays and state mandated furlough days. Physical copies of the agendas for the meetings will be available at the office at least 24 hours in advance of the meetings.
Americans with Disabilities Act: Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the ADDPC at (602) 542-8970. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.
