RFGA Instructions
The ADDPC follows the Arizona Procurement Code (A.R.S. Chapter 23, 41-2501, et. Seq.) and the Solicitation and Awards of Grant (A.R.S. Chapter 24, 41-2701, et. Seq.). Below is a general guideline to follow; however it is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand the complete RFGA.
RFGA Instructions
- Each RFGA contains the instructions governing the content and format of the applications to be submitted and the Contract Terms and Conditions. The RFGA provides applicants with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit applications for consideration by the ADDPC.
- The Instructions are broken into the Special Instructions and the Uniform Instructions. The Special Instructions are specific to the corresponding RFGA. Uniform Instructions are instructions that are contained in State of Arizona solicitations and are included in each RFGA.
- The Uniform and Special Terms and Conditions are specific notices that will bind an applicant to comply with during the contract period. Applicants are cautioned to read and understand both in their entirety.
- The Scope of Work will detail the specific services and activities being requested by the ADDPC.
- It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to check the ADDPC website for any Amendments to each RFGA.
- The only person the applicant may contact regarding any questions during a competitive RFGA is the ADDPC's Contract Manager.
