Workbooks

Future Planning: A Roadmap of Our Futures, Our Wishes is a printable workbook helping families plan for the future with a loved one with a disability. It offers peace of mind to family members and the individual and provides guidance on how to address difficult topics, including expectations, finances, caregiver transition and the wishes of the individual with a disability. This project arose from an ADDPC grant to the University of Arizona-based Sonoran University Center for Excellence in Disabilities
